City Promoter & Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. is a New Delhi-based engineering and construction organisation operating as an enlisted “SS” (Super Special — No Tendering Limit) Class Builder under the Military Engineer Services (MES), Government of India, one of India’s largest defence construction agencies.

We are a cadre of four vision-driven leaders who began with a minimalistic approach but ambitious purpose: to build infrastructure that strengthens national defence and contributes to India’s development ecosystem.

Our growth has been driven by our commitment to high-performance construction solutions, strict adherence to regulatory frameworks, resource optimisation, and a culture rooted in integrity.
